300th Post

This is the 300th post for The Butler Family Diaries. I have blabbed intelligently informed my readers all about my life and others. I know that on special occasions like this, we are supposed to list 300 things about ourselves...I don't think I know 300 things about myself and you would all die of boredom, which might cause me to work the weekend, so I'll spare you...and revisit the past...

It all started in the first post, April 11, 2006, three very cute little girls on bikes, tornadoes and we started ripping up our kitchen floors, which we finished in June. The Butler Manor finally moved out the 1970's furniture that belonged to my parents and I moved out of the 80's and into my new hair do and YARM13YOL had a blue haired homecoming date! On May 9, 2006 my Mamaw Brawner passed away.

Moving right along to 2007. 2007 was one busy year. I bought the Vanfirst vehicle I've ever paid cash for! The girls attended almost every Vacation Bible School in Wynne. Mary Margaret (YARM13YOL) ran for Student Council giving her first ever Public Speech. My brother Andy Brawner helped build a house for Extreme Home Make Over in Kansas. My number 1 buddy passed away during Christmas and I still miss him alot. I catch myself on Wednesday night headed to the nursing home...John Logan Clark.

2008 has brought Upwards Cheer leading at Wynne Baptist Church. A teenager rocks my world and we call her YARM13YOL, and she hasn't figured out what it means yet. Are You Serious post started popping up... April Showers bring May Flowers or floods... oooo, and April Fools Day at the Funeral Home where I work.Taylor got glasses and so did Mary Margaret. In June, the girls and I traveled tried to cook foods from different countries, we visited Italy. (If you actually clicked on the Italy link, you are not allowed to laugh. We were trying to dress up for the picture, I ended up looking like a Mobster Mom.) Tim and I celebrated 18 years on June 20. (again, no laughing allowed.) Oh, and I can't forget Taco Tuesday. The rest of June was sappy. Where were you all? Someone should have shook me and get a hold of yourself woman...jees louise, I went on, and on...

I made a major purchase this summer. I love my Pool! In August, I temporarily lost my sanity here and here. Taylor started Jr. High in August. In September I posted about a little of This and little of That which brings us pretty much up to date.
