The struggle to not eat things that are bad for me is real. I want a big piece of that birthday cake in the kitchen, I want some of those Doritos in the kitchen, I want to eat a whole pizza, and I really want some Panchos cheese dip.
I can do this. I can do this, right?
I'm cheap. So I've been following this thing on Instagram called fit girl rules. To actually be in the program you have to pay, but for the cheap people every once in awhile I post a free challenge. Taylor and I have been doing this challenge of 20 lunges, 20 reverse situps, 20 regular sit ups, and 20 donkey kicks. The sit ups made me cry last night and Taylor did not laugh at me.
I have a friend that has my back through all of this and know that the struggle is real and she gives me tips throughout the day and encourages me. One of her tips yesterday cracked me up to the point that I almost choked while I was laughing. She says the struggle is real for her, so her tip was to lick a Dorito and then suck on it and then she won't eat as many. That is a real home girlfriend right there, to give you secret tips like that! I don't want to say her name cause she might get mad at me but know this JD you my homegirl.
Dear Joanna from bugs in my teeth, I have missed blogging and missed your comments! They do change it what we can eat and what we can't eat all the time! And it's so dang expensive. My clean eating my clean eating can't break my wallet and has to be something I can get without having to order it online we have a party to get some of it!! I can't afford AdvoCare and it works!
So right now I'm struggling with whether or not to go to the kitchen and get a fork full of that birthday cake or should I just exercise it out, I've already exercised and out once tonight.
Tune in next time the struggle continues...

FITNESS
Never been real "on top of" my fitness. Last summer I lost about 20 lbs just counting calories and riding my bike, this winter...i found them, all of them. So, back at this spring and summer. This Spring started calorie counting. Today marks the start of the 3rd week of fish oil and asprin and the first full week of coconut oil (i heard it cures just about everything).
I'm not excited about the hard work. AT ALL.
