Thursday night we attended the Souper Supper at Wynne Baptist. I invited my sister-in-law Dianne. We had a wonderful time sampling all the soups and, of course, desserts. I know, I know, the diet, the high blood pressure, the diabetes. I just didn't check my sugar that night, therefore I don't know what all that glorious food did to me. We sat with Mrs. Shay and her mother and Mrs. Winkler. We had good fellowship and a wonderful speaker, Kim Dillard. Her story touched everyone I'm sure. A true testament of placing your life in the hands of God and trusting whatever path He sends you down. I'm glad we went.
We saw a lot of old friends, made new friends and my sister-in-law got to meet the author of the blog Clay & Wattles, Pat Nichols.

Was a very good meeting. Fun to be featured on Butler Family Diaries! Thanks! Didn't notice the ladies leaving, but hopefully they will be back and stay longer!
