Too Much Gum

I heard that chewing gum when you are craving a snack would help. I have chewed A LOT of gum lately, a pack a day or more.

Ice Cubes! They have the little sugar bits you can keep chewing on. Cobalt 5 isn't bad either.

Uh, oh - maybe it's not sugar - is it sugarfree gum? I guess you wouldn't be chewing if it wasn't! Anyway, little bits of whatever...

i have to chew gum too - so i don't eat the cookies we have EVERYDAY at work! i have to limit it to mint gum, however. Fruity flavored gum just makes me want candy. go figure. oh - and i don't really like chewing gum - i always feel like it's too much for my mouth, and the flavor doesn't last enough for me. so, since i end up spitting it out after about 40 minutes, i only chew half a piece at a time. makes it last longer too... ;)
