Saturday Workout

Real quick post. Home computer is getting repaired, thanks goes out to Clayton!

Saturday we, basically I, decided that the track and Wii wasn't enough torture. I took the girls to walmart Village Creek State Park for some fun, exciting, exercise.

We walked a total of 4 miles, played basketball, did a few sit ups, Mary Margaret almost got ran over, saw Luke and Melissa Tolar, the Music Minister at church (I pretty sure they did not know who we were, cause we were decked out in all our workout gear) pretty much an exciting day.

I know the 4 miles doesn't sound like much, but, it was just about all hills.

Would you like to know what was playing on my Ipod at the exact time I started up the biggest hill? S.O.S. by Rhianna. No Joke, thought that was funny. The first line is S.O.S., someone help me...ha ha ha
A smalll hill that Mary Margaret though she could jog up.

Did you know that I exercise with a Movie Star?

The Big Hill

Hey Kaye, what are you doing down there? Are You okay? Do you need 911?

We are almost to the Van! The end of torture is close.

Four miles on Flat Land is enough! Much less the hills! Proud of you girls!

good job! when i started trail running last year i would hike up about 2 miles and then run back down. it was a tough workout because of the inclines, and then trying not to fall on the way back down. i do like your paved road though. and probably not filled with snakes and spiders like my mountain trail. way to go girl. i have been motivated by you, btw.

i have picked up my routine again. did 10 miles on the bike today followed by weights... ugh. i hope i will see more results soon!

love the pics!!!

WOW! GREAT JOB! I can remember my parents taking us on those kind of "fun family outings" so good for us, but OH we thought we were being tortured!!!
