I know you all are expecting great pictures and a story about our Italian Wednesday. Sorry. Not gonna happen.

Why?

It was my turn to drop off and pick up the girls and Philip at Vacation Bible School last night. Tim beat me home and COOKED DINNER!!!!! He cooked shrimp, french fries AND he made tea!

Friday you can expect pictures of great Italian food.

The girls went to the Library and checked out movies and books on Italy. Taylor checked out a book that includes what kind of food people eat in Italy. She was excited to see MACARONI AND CHEESE was Italian. Mary Margaret checked out a DVD which we watched before VBS. Her book. What should I say? Her book has only 3 or 4 pictures and a.lot.of.words. The pictures. One picture is of a statue, two boys and a FULL GROWN MAN. She shows me the picture last night. She tells me that the man is trying to help the boys. I said, I see. She said, no look at the man. I looked. I saw. We will be taking the book back. I now know why she kept asking if I was sure she could keep reading the book. I'm fairly sure she did not know this picture was in the book until last night. Fun times.
