If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, does it taste like one too?
Duck Eggs provided by Billings Backyard Poultry
Cooking the eggs...notice the double yoke that was in the biggest egg
finished product
Taylor eating the duck egg
The girls and I all ate the duck eggs...
the verdict is in...
they were a-o-kay
actually, they were pretty good. Lots of nice egg white and the yoke wasn't that bad either.
So thumbs up!
Thanks Dianne and Clayton
P.S.
We had home made Fig preserves with our "breakfast" dinner tonight. I came home one day from work and the jar was sitting on my kitchen table. I suspect that maybe Tim accepted it as "payment" for a wrecker call or maybe someone was just nice and gave it to him. I don't know. I keep forgetting to ask him. Anyway, IT WAS DELICIOUS.
