Dad's Quilt

I lost my favorite man 15 days after my last post, March 17, 2017. Today 8 months later I started making a quilt that I'm calling Dad's Quilt.  I'm making three of them one for me, my sister, and my stepmother. I can only imagine how hard it was for my stepmother to give them up to me and to trust me with them. I only hope that I can do them Justice and make a special quilt equal to the man that wore them. The first shirt wasn't so hard because I don't think that I ever saw him wear it. The second one was a little more difficult as it was one of his and going out shirts, all starched and smelling just like him. I miss you Dad.
