Never been real "on top of" my fitness. Last summer I lost about 20 lbs just counting calories and riding my bike, this winter...i found them, all of them. So, back at this spring and summer. This Spring started calorie counting. Today marks the start of the 3rd week of fish oil and asprin and the first full week of coconut oil (i heard it cures just about everything).
I'm not excited about the hard work. AT ALL.

That whole clean eating thing has been a challenge for me - especially when it seems like it changes what is okay to eat and what isn't. :/
And it's expensive!
